A product designer with expertise in design, research and strategy. I bring years of experience across public and private sectors, from serving 400.000 schools in Indonesia to 35 million OTA users in South East Asia. Currently, I'm designing education technology platforms for schools and managing team at GovTech Edu. With a background in research and service design, I'm particularly drawn to projects that require hands-on involvement from the strategy and conceptual level—navigating complexity, connecting deeply with users, and crafting thoughtful solutions. As a design practitioner, I believe design is a creative process that should evolve over time. There's no one-size-fits-all method because our systems include people, and people don't always follow top-down rules. Outside of work, I enjoy strolling around, ticking off items on my travel checklist, or just staying at home to recreate TikTok recipes and re-read my old comic books. My coping mechanism is cleaning and decluttering, so I'm quite the organizer.

End-to-End Design Process
I specialize in the complete design process, from conducting practical research and synthesizing insights to crafting high-fidelity designs. My approach ensures intentional solutions that solve real problems, whether through product design, service design, or experience design. I also have extensive experience building products from scratch.
Design Strategy
I excel at partnering with high-level stakeholders to define and advocate design approaches that align with organizational goals. Skilled in managing difficult stakeholders, I use design as a tool to provoke meaningful discussions, negotiate effectively, and translate complexity into actionable plans for the team.
Workshop and Facilitation
With extensive experience as a facilitator, I lead design workshops that drive alignment across disciplines, including product management, engineering, data, marketing, and policy. I always position myself as a thinking partner and guide to help cross-functional team navigate challenges and unlock creative solution.
Team Management and Mentorship
In my role as design manager, I've led 2 multidisciplinary design teams consisted of 5 designers and 2 researchers. I have directly supported junior designers in navigating complex work environment, growing their skills, and building confidence to tackle challenging projects.

Go rough & dirty
Don't overthink it. Start somewhere and jot down your ideas quickly. It's okay to begin messy and embrace the iteration process.

Don't fall in love too quickly with your ideas. Involve others and seek feedback early on.
